Wedding Cake

For the same wedding and this is for wedding tier. (we forgot to snap photo for the cupcakes).  The bride wanted to have Rainbow Cake.  So, we made rainbow cake with cream cheese filling and topping with buttercream.  The journey took about 2 hrs and the cake a little bit melting, however it still look nice on the cupcake tier. (again forgot to snap photo, maybe later can request from the wedding photographer)…

Can you see the 2 boys in Red above? Aha! Even though sufian was still not fully recovered but he don’t want to miss the opportunity become the VIP, ooopsss according to solihin, he is VSIP (very super important person)… hhahahahahh

25 Years Brotherhood

Just nice, next day after my class mrR ada reunion 25 years celebration... hope uol enjoy.. :-)

ermm.... ini dah minggu ke2 dapurku x berasap, coz sdg dlm progress for a little renovation... hopefully siap laa before end of this week..so, weekend nk buat apa eh?? kanak2 sume pon bercuti di kampung... hehe apa lagiss.. ke class la.. kali ni sy g class elliez de heart kat bangi, pada hari sabtu lepas..

ada beberapa orang tanya, kenapa sy rajin sgt pergi class.... ntah laa, maybe because 1) sy kurang rajin mencuba sendiri, tp kalo pergi class dan balik baru lebih confident buat.. so jimat masa, (2) coz ske jumpa kawan2 bakers; (3) saya byk akan tau benda2 dan tips2 dari lain2 sifu dan pada masa yang sama boleh ajukan banyak soalan dimasa class tersebut; (4) saya akan jadi rindu kalo x berjumpa dengan cikgu dan yg ke (5) mmg sesungguhnya saya sangat rajin pergi class... hahahaahah

contoh mcm class yg sy pergi ni, sy explore nk buat stack dan tier buttercream.. serentak 2 in 1.. menariks kan.. cuma bunga meleret ke bwh tu x sempat buat di class, tp cikgu da bgtau mcm mana nk buat.. insyaallah, boleh laa laen kali buat sendiri.. dan ada lagi beberapa class yg sy sedang intai, cuma masaalahnyer, clash with my schedule... tp xper, letak dalam wish list dulu... :-)
