Kenduri

Ermmm.. kenduri kat rumah my parents berjalan lancar... tapi entahlah, dari siang tadi badan rasa semacam.

And for this kenduri, memang meriah, besides Birthday cake, I pon baked muffins, swiss roll (actually x berapa nk menjadi) dan yang paling popular masa kenduri ialah blueberry cheese tart. My mom pon seronok bgtau kat kawan2 dier, I yang buat, glamer lahh gaks, saper sangka kan???

Tapi paling x seronok, i lupa nk snap gambar2 tuh.... ishk! ishk! ishk! excited + perasan sangat, nk rasakan....

Birthday Atuk ke-74

Birthday atuk (my dad) yg ke-74 tahun this year. Dia seronok btul dpt cut his own bday cake especially the bday cake baked by his own daughter... sure dier bangga giler kan..heheheh, sorry eh, sesi perasan kejap...

Class ngn maklang kali nih, blajar wat cheese & fruits tart... Blajar ngn maklang nih, rasa cam simple jerks, x tau lar, kalo duk sendiri menggentel tart nih...

Tapi rasa mmg lahh tersangat lah sedap.. Mak lang pesan, simpan dlm peti es dulu, dh sejuk cis tuh, baru mkn, walaaaaaa... mmg SEDAPPPP!!!!

Happy 7th Anniversary Halim & Ayu

Pagi2 dlm kul 7:00am, my cousin's wife Ayu bg sms, nk order cake... very last minute order, arini nk g class kat mak lang corner, pas2 my mom laks dh buat marketing kat sedara mara.. xkan nk reject ishk! ishk! ishk! Lagipon biler lagi nk bg test kan.... Barang2 mmg sumer dh ready..

So, terus masuk d'little kitchen, mula kan tugas, masak cake dulu, pas2 g class maklang balik nnt tinggal wat deco ajer..

Since, both of them nk sambut anniversary, buat jugak 1 set cupcakes as a gift... theme color yg sama.

Fondant Cake Deco Class

Hari ni blajar wat fondant from basic kat lea-oven, USJ. Nk buat fondant ni ader 2 cara, guna mixer (make sure yg heavyduty) or manual (pakai tangan lerr)...

Since nk buat pakai mixer, juz baling2 dlm bowl tu, I opt for the manual method. Waiseh!!! berpeluh satu badan jugaklah menguli nih.. tp hasil nya.. walaaaa... very smooth compare yang guna mixer.

Dah siap bab menguli2 tuk cover cake, buatlah skirt... bila diajar cara2 nk buat kembang2 tu.. owh.... camtu... senang jerk.. ahaks! berlagak lah plak.

Pas2, buat roses ni sungguh mencabar kesabaran... berapa kaliii buat balik, akhirnya jadi jugak.. sorry larr perasan, but I'm so proud.. coz jari2 yg keras nih, jadi jugak wat roses tuh.. bunga melur & daun tu simple ajerks.. tp tu bukan main deco, just penyeri... sbb tu ler kacang..hehheeh.. aaa.. before that menggentel fondant bulat2 tuk letak kat keliling cake, comelkan bola2 api tu.. hehehehhe...

Last skali, bab nk menggubah kat atas cake.. ghee.... this part i mmg surrender... sukar skali nk layan bab gubahan nih... ishk ishk ishk.... tp kena gaklahh buat semuanya end to end process.. karang fail laks ISO...

Blueberry & Chocholate Swiss Roll

oppsss... salah sequence plak.. class arini mula2 blajar 2 jenis swiss roll, pas2 baru blajar muffin... :-), actually buat swiss roll ni sangat lah mudah, pas2 recipe yg mak lang ajar mmg superb, "melt in ur mouth", tagline iklan tuh.. tp bab nk menggulung tu yg nervous lahh sangat.. tangan kurang seni.. bak kata mak lang "tangan ko tu keras lagihh" hehehehehee... practice jgn x practice...

First time buat carrot walnut cupcakes dlm cup size S, selalu wat yg mini... hahaha.. best part, berangan nk pg mana, my sukatan for d cake using mini cc... haiyak!!!!! jadilah dier jauh mendalam.... tp paling seronok buat cc ni ialah deco carrot tu, kiuttt sangat.... 1st time buat nih...

Wedding Cake Class

Hari ni jugak ader Wedding Cake Class kat Loveliana Workshop... Aha.. inilah hasil tungkus lumus hampir 6 jam.. phew!!! rasa menggigil kepala lutut...

Gambar cake kat blakang tu, Lyn nyer hasil kerja.. jgn x caya, lyn pon ikut gaks g class...

Inilah first time buat steam buttercream.. rasanyer lebih sedap, tp nk membuat nyer.... perlukan stamina gak lahh... nk kena non-stop kaup2 cream smp licin, curah atas cake dan kasi GEGAR!... senang ajer kan..hehehhe

Tapi penat2 pon sambil dapat ilmu, sambil duk tukar2 citer ngn kwn2 belajar.. ini pon antara gang blajar yg best!
