ermm... today my dad mcm dah sehat... so, kat rumah my mom, aderlahh sket air tangan I... hehehhe... almond choc chips muffins tu adjust dari recipe choc chips muffin. Yang marble cheese cake plak, as usual recipe from maklang corner..

but when all of us here... he's doing fine... errmmm... very unpredictable.

My sister order for Selangor Girl Guide Carnival.. walaa... masa mula2 she order, rasa macam nk pengsan.. boleh ker oven comelku nk berkerja... tp biler lagi nk test power kan?

So, mlm tadi lepas bowling kat Mid Val (sports club events), smp jer umah around 11pm, mandi n terus masuk dlittlekicthen tuk menjalankan tugas...

Mula2 keciwa & frust giler sesangat, sbb 2 kali bancuh muffin x nk naik.. what a bad day. Dlm keciwa tu try ler surf balik internet & blog. Jumpa recipe dari blog maklangazie http://maklangazie.blogspot.com/ choc chips muffins, alhamdulillah, selepas 2 kali kecundang, cubaan ke3 mlm ini berjaya... lega sesangat, baru lah boleh nk senyum sket.

Whole nite x tido, maklumlah oven comel sungguh lemah gemalai nak membakar batch by batch, and we finally make it .. TO my partner in crime, thanks for your contribution, u r d best even though di"paksa rela".. :-)

Ini wajah2 ceria stress (nama manja tuk theresa) masa v celebrate her bday arini... Tengok muka stress "teruja" ni.. ilang ngantuks pasal mendeco mlm tadi...

Kat bawah ni plaks, as usual our guest tetap, ala2 AF tu kan ader Juri Tetap.. :-).

Today is Theresa's birthday…. Try to deco a basket of roses for her, but the roses a bit “senget”….. a bit like me..hahahha, one more thing, sorry I have extra "S" on the cake...

p/s She also ordered cupcakes to bring home.. I decided to deco on the same theme mood as her birthday cake.. hope she like it.. :-)

Asyik siaran langsung tertunda, akhirnya sempat jugak siapkan birthday cake nih tuk Yat... His actual birthdate is on 11th April. Lambat lar sket... Seronok btul try benda baru nih, puas pusing ke-sana sini nk mendeco, akhirnya siap jugak tepat pukul 1:20am.. phew!!!

Lastly wish you happy belated birthday Yat..

I have a guest today... Besides, meehon & blueberry muffin, i prepared this baby shower cupcakes for him.

This time I tried new recipe for the cupcake, get it from internet. The results turn perfect! (at least for my taste :-) Untuk deco plak, pening lalat gaks, biler dier suruh letak huruf2 kat atas cupcake tu...(F4, M2, P1, R1,S8, T1, Z1,J1,K1,N16) But I am so happy, new challenges, dapat gak learn & try benda2 baru.. macam jelly piping tu...

Kittencal's Easy One-Bowl Vanilla Cupcakes

Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour
1 ½ cup sugar (1 ¼ for less sweet)
2 ½ tsp baking power
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup shortening (or butter)
¾ cup milk (or half and half)
2 large eggs

Directions
Set oven 350 degrees F (160 degrees C)
In a large bowl, mix together the flour with sugar, baking powder and salt until combined
Add in the shortening, milk, vanilla and eggs, beat on medium speed of an electric mixer. Scraping the bowl constantly until just blended (the batter) will be thick, if desired you may add in a few more tablespoons cream or milk)
Pour into paper-lined regular size muffin tins filling under just three quarters full
Bake for 20-22 minutes or until the cupcakes test done (do not overbake as they will be dry)
Immediately remove from pans
Cool completely before frosting

ermm.. masa jumpa Mak Lang kat airport (htr Rafiq), Mak Lang excited sangat tgk cuppies nih... She asked me whether she can order for his son’s coming wed, so, I prepared these cuppies during my visit to her house, konon nak discuss lebih lanjut larr, and would like to show her the photos from my deco class.. Tapi bila sampai, mak Lang x ada plak.. tinggalkan kat pak Lang jer lahh..

Set yg ni plaks, i prepared for Yat's wife birthday.. Oleh kerana, buat cc ni on d same day dgn Mai's order, kalo tengok betul2 color bc tu sepesen ajer...
